The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right skill set to shape and drive our marketing strategy and brand. You will be starting from a blank slate where you will take the lead in end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving the marketing strategy and presenting ideas to the C-suite. You will be responsible for building out a recognisable brand that fits with our core and resonates with the industry and our users. We believe in rewarding impact—your efforts will translate into real results with a clear, net revenue-based performance bonus.

If you live and breathe the crypto and gambling space, have a deep understanding of social media dynamics including understanding marketing trends, and can lead a team confidently then you’re exactly who we’re looking for. 

Gambling & Marketing Enthusiast: Passionate about the gambling industry and knowledgeable about emerging trends in digital marketing. It’s okay if you’re still learning, so long as you’re interested and can adapt quickly.

Data-Driven Marketer: A data-driven marketing professional who focuses on driving measurable results and maximizing ROI through the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.

Social Media Expert: Skilled at using social media platforms to enhance brand reach, engage with users, and drive conversion. 

Campaign Strategist: Proven experience in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy tailored to our audience and business objectives.

Media Spend & Optimization: Estimation and allocation of budgets, targeting and segmentation, evaluation of the performance of each channel, and forecasting the performance of campaigns.

Brand Development: Build out and Enhance our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and appeal to a diverse audience.

Campaign Management: Design, execute, and oversee innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:

Please apply ONLY IF you have relevant and proven work experience in the online crypto casino industry.

Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing lead experience in a web2 or web3 environment with SEO experience.

Affiliates: Experience sourcing and connecting with online affiliates, especially iGaming SEO review sites.

Influencers: Experience in bringing and working with valuable influencers and live streamers that can push business. 

Creative and Strategic: You’re a trendsetter, not just a follower, with a knack for bringing unique and engaging ideas to life.

Leadership Excellence: Capable of building and guiding a high-performing team.

Excellent Communicator: Able to craft compelling marketing messages and provide clear direction to your team.

Adaptable and Agile: Flexible in an ever-evolving industry, ready to pivot strategies as market trends shift.
