The Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Specialist to provide essential support for our fast-moving online crypto casino platform. This role is critical for maintaining accurate employee records and providing key support to our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the iGaming industry, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and taking up both the HR and Admin tasks.
Preferred Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a meticulous and reliable professional with a strong administrative background, ideally within a Human Resources department. You should be proficient with office software and have a knack for organization and data accuracy. Experience supporting recruitment activities, familiarity with ATS, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are highly valued. Strong communication skills and a helpful, employee-focused approach are essential.
What You'll Do:
HR Data & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (both digital and physical). Prepare and process various HR documents, including offer letters, employment verification, and termination paperwork.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating onboarding logistics (e.g., system access requests, scheduling). Support the offboarding process by coordinating documentation and system access removal.
Recruitment Coordination: Assist the recruitment team by posting job openings, managing candidate flow in the ATS, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Employee Support: Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries, directing more complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
Meal Coordination: Administering and processing meal allowances for eligible employees.Assisting with the logistics of arranging office meals, catering services, or managing company canteen access if applicable.
Accommodation Support: Providing administrative support for employees in finding suitable long-term accommodation (e.g., connecting with real estate agents, providing information on rental procedures). Processing and tracking accommodation allowances or reimbursements.
Visas and Immigration Support: Assisting employees with gathering necessary documents and coordinating the process for obtaining work visas and entry permits.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role spent in the iGaming industry. Experience supporting recruitment activities is a strong plus.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), ability to use AI in daily tasks.
Systems: Experience with CRM systems (Lark) and ATS (Polymer).
Attributes: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Languages: Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
