We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain DevOps Engineer with deep technical expertise in Ethereum and/or Solana to join our innovative blockchain and iGaming technology team.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end blockchain development, covering everything from token creation, deployment, and management, to DEX liquidity setup and tokenomics design. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to build and maintain a reliable, secure, and scalable blockchain ecosystem that supports our GambleFi and crypto gaming products.

You are a hands-on blockchain professional who understands both on-chain logic and token economics. You are comfortable working independently, building from the ground up, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and manage blockchain assets.

What You’ll Do 岗位职责:

Blockchain Development & Smart Contracts 区块链开发与智能合约

• Design, develop, and deploy blockchain tokens on Ethereum and/or Solana.

• Implement and manage the full token lifecycle, including creation, minting, locking, vesting, burning, and staking.

• Write secure and optimized smart contracts using Solidity (Ethereum) and/or Rust (Solana).

• Manage blockchain nodes, APIs, and development environments.

• Ensure smooth integration between smart contracts and backend systems.

• Work closely with backend, frontend, and product teams to integrate token utilities into gaming or DeFi systems.

• Collaborate with marketing and product owners to ensure technical feasibility of token-based campaigns.

Job Requirements 任职要求:

• Minimum 3 years of blockchain development experience in the crypto industry.

• Proficient in Ethereum (Solidity) and/or Solana (Rust) smart contract development.

  熟悉 Ethereum (Solidity) 和/或 Solana (Rust) 智能合约开发。

• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).

• Proven experience designing, minting, vesting, burning, and staking tokens.

• Strong understanding of DEX mechanics, including liquidity seeding and management (Uniswap, Raydium, etc.).

• Solid grasp of tokenomics principles, especially for GameFi / GambleFi ecosystems.
