Chief Marketing Officer (Chinese & English Speaking)

2UP is a brand new and exciting online casino and sportsbook. We are a spin off from one of the most well known brands that has been a principal sponsor of English Premier League football teams. Our focus is on the next generation of iGaming with an emphasis on cryptocurrency, original games, sports and esports for the global stage.


The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our global marketing efforts in the crypto casino space. This role is highly performance-focused and requires a strategic thinker who can execute aggressively, optimize growth channels, and deliver measurable results.

The CMO will work closely with the CEO and lead all marketing functions including affiliate, influencers/KOLs/Streamers, SEO, paid acquisition, CRM, and brand strategy.


Preferred Candidate:

The ideal candidate has proven experience in the iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or crypto industry, with a strong background in performance marketing and revenue growth. They possess hands-on experience managing SEO affiliate (Organic traffic) networks, Influencers/KOLs, and various traffic sources, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The candidate should be able to operate across multiple time zones (with GMT+8 preferred), demonstrate a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, and have prior experience working in remote or distributed teams.


What You’ll Do:

Marketing Strategy: Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Channel Leadership: Lead and scale key channels like SEO Affiliate (Organic traffic) marketing, Influencer / KOL partnerships, SEO & content strategy, Paid acquisition (Google, Meta, etc.), CRM / retention campaigns etc.

Team Management: Build, manage, and optimize high-performing marketing teams

Growth Optimization: Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI / CPA / LTV

Market Expansion: Identify new growth opportunities including new markets and traffic channels

Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Tech teams to improve user experience and conversion

Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources


Job Requirements:

Experience: 5–10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles

Growth Track Record: Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and revenue in iGaming or similar industries

Strong understanding of: Affiliate ecosystem, Crypto payment flow, Online casino player behavior

Hands-on experience with: Performance marketing, Data analytics tools, Marketing automation / CRM systems

Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience managing teams in high-pressure environments.

Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Language: Strong written and spoken Chinese and English.

Flexible Scheduling: Flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, or major sporting events.

Crypto Familiarity: Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain-based platforms is an advantage.

  • Existing network of SEO affiliates / KOLs / influencers in crypto casino space

  • Experience launching or scaling a crypto casino platform

  • Familiar with regulatory environments across different regions

  • Experience working directly with founders / CEOs

  • Background in high-growth startup environments
